JOB TITLE: Product Support Specialist

SUMMARY: We are a product division of Marsh McLennan Companies, and develop custom communication platforms inclusive of a custom branded native app, for our clients. The technology was created by in-house developers who are passionate about the product. The Product Support Specialist is a core part of our ability to deliver at a high level of precision. A desired skill set would be someone who has worked with employee benefits in some capacity, due to the benefits content we build out for our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The goal of this role is to work with our operations team to build out native apps that the iNGAGED team will be proud to deploy. The Product Support Specialist will become familiar with the process of building content in our portal for client apps, creating app submission packets, and behind the scenes mechanics that play a powerful role in the success of launching a new client’s communication platform/app and supporting existing clients.
